We all wanted to say a massive thank you to all of your team for making our stay so lovely. From answering all of our questions so quickly and letting us reserve it as soon as it became available so we could have this week. The team also helped us with our bags and giving our little toddler a lift up in the buggy to help out which we really appreciated. This is our second stay at Le Cairn and we will definitely be back.
Everything was fine, booking process, our stay and also your availability, your recommendations throughout our stay.We enjoyed our stay very much and think about coming back next year.
Chalet Soleil 2 was an excellent choice for our family of 5 adults. Sleeping 6 adults is fine but downstairs becomes cramped on the sofa. Bread service delicious and you're close to the lift. Ideal. Highly recommended. Complete kitchen and water pressure for showering was very good.
Bel appartement pour une famille de 6 personnes, instructions claires et prise des lieux simple. En plus chez Ekosport nous avons pu laisser nos skis et chaussures donc au top pour cette activité, des navettes pour rejoindre 1800 sans voiture. À renouveler
We had a wonderful stay at Le Chalet last week. It was a great chalet, perfect for our 2 families of five. There was plenty of space for everyone, the living room especially with its cosy fireplace was a fantastic room to be in. We all enjoyed the luxury of the sauna room (lovely shower) and the hot tub with its great views. The kitchen is on the small side in terms of work surface and only one sink isn’t very practical - but it was well equipped and the large dining table worked well. Being able to ski on and ski off was also brilliant.
Pippa at Alpine Essence and all the staff were helpful from the beginning when first enquiring about chalets. We appreciated the friendliness and personal touch. Your recommendation for Chloe’s Cuisine to cater was spot on (she was amazing). The app where you could order bread and croissants and wood for the fire was easy and extremely convenient.
All in all we would definitely recommend Le Chalet and Alpine Essence. Thanks for a great holiday!

Le chalet “Le Cairn” avait le comfort nécessaire pour les 12 personnes. Tous étaient très content, adultes et enfants. Mais c’est surtout le service du personel de votre agence que j’ai apprécié. L’acceuil à l’arrivée ainsi que la réservation du matériel de ski, des forfaits, la commande du pain, tout a été impeccable. Merci pour tout.
C’est pouquoi on a l’intention de revenir l’année prochaine.
Nous avons découvert Alpine Essence il y a un an et nous sommes revenus cette année, nous sommes ravis des contacts avec vous, que ce soit pour la location par mail ou à l’agence pendant le séjour. Le chalet que nous avons occupé est bien agencé et équipé, sans luxe excessif mais avec du charme. Les services (pain, bois, gentillesse) sont parfaits.Merci!
Thank you all so much for a great week at Chalet Le Morey. We had exceptional support from your office with all our Pre-arrival queries which made everything super easy. Also please pass our thanks to Paradiski who were outstanding on Sunday morning at 0830. I thought it would be a bit of a stress to make it to 0900 ski school but they exceeded all expectations of efficiency and were super speedy.
Pleasant flat for 2 families. Comfortable and homey with more amenities in kitchen (even a scale, blender, measuring cup) than standard rental flat. Photos of owners on the wall makes it personal.
Excellent service and I would definitely recommend you to others. Thank you very much for all your efforts, we had a great time and hope to stay with you again next year.
