Only delighted to give feedback. 3rd year in row we are enjoying the hospitality of the team and the great service. So big compliments to the entire team. Starting from booking, all the communication, the bagage delivery and pick up from the chalet, the great bread service in the morning, the check out process and cleanness of the chalet. Also enjoyed the Ski Doc service. So big, big thank you to you all and certainly like to come back in same chalet next year in January

We had a lovely stay at Les Clarines 1 - the apartment was very well equipped and we loved the underfloor heating in the living / kitchen area. The ski in and out aspect was such a luxury.

The service to the door of bread etc is fantastic.We have returned every year and have used Alpine Essence and previously PVR for at least 10 years now

Great chalet, perfect for a family of 4. The steps down to the chalet were challenging at times in icy conditions and you can’t drive to the door you have to carry all the bags up and down them but we would definitely love to go back!

Off-center accommodation but very close to the ski lifts and the Vanoise Express cable car (5 min walk). Located in the center of Domaine PARADISKI. The accommodation is very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children.

Alpine Essence are really helpful and responded to any requests/ issues very quickly. We highly recommend them. Apartment is great, kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Amazing view of mountains from balcony and literally next to the piste! We loved our stay here

Honestly I have nothing negative to say about Alpine Essence. Booking process - easy, booking extras - easy, check in - easy (although appleMaps shows the office in the wrong place) and super responsive to messages during our stay. Also very clear about expectations for check out. Would recommend without hesitation and hope to stay with you again soon

We had a great time and the process was easy from start to finish, even when I booked the wrong chalet by mistake. Check in was quick and easy and we appreciated your help to get our luggage up the slope. I swear the slope became steeper towards the end of the week! We usually stay in La Couronne. but as it was booked we stayed at L'Ecureuil which we found had everything we wanted and was of a slightly higher standard. We'll definitely be back.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Le Chalet. It was our second stay and we all agreed the highlight is the wonderful hot tub. The service from Alpine Essence was excellent from booking the chalet to their responsiveness when we had an issue which was resolved quickly despite it being their day off.

Le chalet confortable, propre, chaleureux, lumineux pour sa salle de vie spacieuse, avec une vue imprenable et une situation logistique bien pratique; superbe terrasse, coffre à ski apprécié, comme cette entrée indépendante bien équipée pour y laisser sécher vêtements et chaussures de ski.Points d'amélioration possibles: peu de choses; peut être 3 jeux de 4 assiettes et couverts au lieu de 

2.La gestion de la réservation, de l'accueil et du check-out très fluide et conviviale.Une équipe en ligne et sur place top et sympathique.
Nous y avons passé un séjour parfait avec notre fille et nos deux petits fils.
