Even though there was only 4 of us, we stayed at Wittenburg because it has an excellent bike shed and the deck is fantastic after a long days VTT. Thanks also to Francis who gave me the low down on the vtt uplift situation. The new Vallandry lift is excellent for bikes and we didn't lose any bikes on the bus trailer from B-Ste-M even though the driver was trying his very best!!! We noticed that people/visitors/staff in the area are more upbeat about VTT than previous years too which is also good.

Habitué de la station Peisey Valandry nous avons choisi cette fois ce logement proposé par Hana.. que dire le logement clean, spacieux et bien équipé, très proche des pistes et pour parfaire le tout la vue est magnifique et la terrasse est parfaite! Pour nous c’est sur nous reviendrons dans ce logement! Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable dans la station. Hana et Pipa ont toujours été d’une disponibilité irréprochable, un grand merci pour l’accueil! A l’année prochaine.

We were very happy with the booking process and very grateful that you were able to carry the booking over twice from (because of Covid). Everything was very straightforward. It was really helpful that you could order lift passes ready for us, and that we could order fresh bread every morning. The Chalet was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a ski holiday, and you were prompt to fix a loose tap before it became a problem. All in all, we had a great stay, so much so that we have just booked again for next year.

After a failed 2021 holiday because of COVID, we made up with a very successful week in the splendid Chardon Bleu chalet, which included all we needed, great view, plenty of room, washer dryer which came in handy with the six young children, Pippa was wonderful with our complex 14 ski pass order and response to our late evening cry for help with luggage storage which we needed after our car broke down , thank you Dave for lugging the luggage to and from the chalet. Alpine Essence did all it could do to make our stay comfortable
.We had another great stay with you. The chalet was great, it had all we needed, was close to the lift and the bread delivery was lovely. The booking process was easy and all my queries were dealt with rapidly and in a friendly fashion. We will keep coming back to Vallendry and Alpine Essence as long as we are able. Thank you for facilitating another lovely family trip that will live long in the memory. Cheers
Bonjour Nous sommes très satisfaits de la réactivité, la gentillesse et l’accueil de la part de l’équipe d’alpine essence lors de notre réservation puis durant notre séjour.Les services proposés en plus ( linge de lits et de toilettes, réservation , possibilités d’acheter les forfaits et livraison de pain à la location tous les matins..) nous ont facilité la vie.L’appartement était parfait, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé bien situé avec une vue magnifique.Merci

We are lucky enough to enjoy a ski holiday every year and have visited various resorts but have come to realise that the Les Arcs/La Plagne region offers the best variety of skiing.
We have now discovered the perfect place to stay too. Your chalets are in a fabulous location and we were very impressed with the standard. Plenty of hot water, fluffy towels, comfy beds, well equipped. The bakery delivery was a bonus.
The Alpine Essence staff have been exceptional - especially over the last 18 months of uncertainty- nothing has been too much trouble and any questions/queries have been answered promptly.
We hope we will use the company again and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone. A huge thank you to a very friendly but professional team. Missing the mountains already!
